The Beginner Course covers basic commands such as Sits, Downs, Stays, Heeling on leash, Come when called, Stand, and the Finish, taught verbally and with hand signals. This course also addresses common issues like jumping, nipping, housebreaking, and other behavioral concerns.
The Advanced Course builds upon the Beginner level, focusing on off-leash work and polishing commands. Students learn additional hand signals and routines, and are encouraged to maintain their training regimen.
Private classes incorporate all Beginner Course material and some Advanced Course work, offered in the privacy of your home or their studio. They also provide private hourly consultations at their studio to specifically address issues like housebreaking or other behavioral problems.
Testimonials
“My high energy year old Golden is a new man with Sue at Pet Time’s guidance. Thank you Sue for making time with my dog fun again!”
– Sandy (Bentley)
“Sue is an excellent trainer. She has the patience needed to keep her students motivated to train their dogs. We finished our beginner class and have continued in the advanced class. We see a great deal of improvement in our puppy’s behavior.”
– Angelo & Debbie (Gus)
“When my dog was 6 months old I wanted to take her to obedience school. I went to three different schools to see what they had to offer. I chose Pet Time because it was the most personal and professional. It’s eight years later and Molly and I still go to class! We definitely made the right choice. Class is fun, challenging and constructive. Sue is a wealth of information and amazing with dogs. I highly recommend PetTime!”
– LeeAnn (Molly)
