Every time I go to this location there never seems to be any customers. Lately the employees aren’t exactly knowledgeable in their departments. I went to buy fish I needed some plecos for my POND and the girl at the fish department told me I can only buy 1 and that it’s probably gonna die because it’s gonna get cold outside.. if only there were implements to make sure ponds didn’t freeze over in the winter . I need to return again and buy at least 2 more plecos but not if I have to buy them 1 at a time this location is quit a distance out of my way but the only 1 with sizeable plecos and a nice size fish department that isn’t infected with ick.

Everytime I go into this store on denton highway it is a struggle to get someone to the fish department. Today the person in the fish department was helping someone when she was done with those people she walked away while there were 3 other people waiting to get fish. They never came back and asked if I or the others needed help. And then I always have problems getting fish, I understand a lot of people are not educated and don’t know what they are getting theirselves into when starting a tank but I do, and I had trouble buying 2 fish one day. I have 15 tanks and they are all taken care of weekly. Just beyond frustrated.

Trying to adopt a cat from this location and were told that the staff is too busy to help. At the moment, there are more employees in the store than there are customers. Absurd and unprofessional. This location does not deserve business.
