I booked my first grooming appointment. They asked for me to put my dogs age. I did. I get in and they deny me service because they said they don’t take new dogs over 8. So they let me book it. They don’t confirm it at all. They let me waste my day to drive in, just to tell me when I get there. A complete waste of time. Tried somewhere new and a complete waste. So if you have a dog older than 8 years old, they will deny you. They said it’s because they took a dog that was 9 and they had a seizure. So everyone else has to pay for that. Completely frustrated.
