So before I deff give any stars if you offer grooming services and nail clipping how is it that you don’t have like something to protect so the dog won’t bite …do you assume all dogs are the same don’t they put a cone over there neck or a muzzle?

I scheduled my dog to get groomed and brushed. Being that I’ve been to petco before, I’ve only been required to submit my dog’s rabies vaccination. On the day of his grooming schedule, their front desk noted that I needed 2 other proof of vaccinations, which my dog doesn’t have. These vaccinations were not stressed and mentioned when I booked for the grooming on their app. My visit was a waste of time because they didn’t accept my dog. They need to inform the customer that they require more than just the rabies vaccination.
