I dont like to give bad reviews, and I would have given 5 stars after they groomed my daughters husky but not after our German shepherd.
In the picture, that is how much hair I brushed off my dog in 1 minute after getting home from the groomer.
I can not justify paying approximately $90.00 for the service just to see he still needed brushed, and they barely cut his nails as it still sounds like a tap dancer walking on the tile floor.
It is a nice facility and the staff are very friendly but I was disappointed on my second visit. I tried to call and speak with the groomer, but no one answered the phone.
