Just purchased 4 fish and 3 of the 4 died in 2 days. I’m a very experienced fish owner my entire life. The manager at the store refused to refund my money even though I abided by their Petco policy and provided pictures of the dead fish. They told me I need to bring the dead fish in and the third one just died so I will be bringing a dead fish to the store. Terrible customer service. Terrible company to not even abide by their own stated policies. Just terrible.

There is false advertisement at this store. It said clearly on the sign in the window of the store that they do free exams from 1:30-3:00pm on Sundays and they didn’t even look at my pup. They clearly only wanted money from us for the vaccinations when we stated we do not have any money to afford them today. The “vet” didn’t touch my pup at all, she hardly looked down at her, she was only “suggesting” we get her shots before even entering their store.

I took my dog here for his annual rabies vaccine. Not only did I find the vet to be overly opinionated but my dog developed a large hematoma where he was injected and had to rushed to an emergency vet when it burst and was bleeding uncontrollably a week later. He has never had any problem with a vaccination before this. He had to be placed on antibiotics, steriods, pain meds and narrowly escaped needing a drain placed. All of the staff were exhausted by the time it was his turn after doing vaccines all day and I believe that led to carelessness that ultimately injured my dog. I will never take my dog to Vetco again despite receiving good service in the past because it is not worth putting my animals at risk.
