The store manager (Candice) and staff could use customer service training. I wanted to do an even exchange. (Meaning same item, same price) just change the color. Would not allow because I couldn’t find my receipt. It’s a $20 dog collar. Didn’t ask for anything back. Would rather lose the $$ I would spend than do an even exchange. Never been treated this way any place I have been. Will never shop at a Petco again. MAKES NO SENSE TO TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY. Hopefully, Candice and her staff feel good about themselves. Because you sure didn’t make me feel welcome or appreciated.
