I made an appointment with Petco on Shepherd in the Heights, and waited a week to take my dog in. I took my dog in and they made me wait an hour, to tell me that they had too many dogs got day and could not groom my dog. Unfortunately I was leaving town and had to get her groomed. Since I’ve waited a week for the appointment oh, I couldn’t get her in anywhere else. Not a good experience, and the girl in charge that day was exceptionally rude.
