I went in to set up an appointment 2 weeks prior for a much needed grooming and nail cutting, had all the information filled out for the appointment and the employee instructed us to just come in at the according time and date for the appointment. I show up two weeks later and to my surprise they tell me that I had never set up an appointment, yet they have me and my dog on record, also they tell me that I need to bring in papers of vaccinations (obviously too late already since I was right there, the day of my supposed appointment) and told me if I wanted to get her trimmed, I would need to come back on another scheduled appointment with rabies vaccination records. It was just a waste a time.

I bought a bird from here, apparently he was already sick and passed away. I had already gotten close with the bird and it was very sad. This place does not check their animals to see if they’re sick. The bird I bought from their died within 4 days.
