Wow. I was very disappointed today. I could not find one associate to help me and my son. I went in looking for love mealworms. After desperately walking through the whole store to find someone, I went to the front to ask the young lady at the register to send help to the reptile section. The only reason I needed help was to ask why all the love mealworms seemed very dead. After waiting another 10 minutes after the girl called for help, still nothing. I left empty handed.

I’m happy about their professionalism and the way they groomed our 2 babies. The only thing I did not like is that they nicked Baily’s ear without telling me. Maybe the guy did not know but how is that possible? I used to groom my own dogs and I did not this time because a lack of time and to be honest I am not that good at it but when I am cutting, if I nick them, you will hear them yelp or trust me you will know. If they simply told me that this happened and they put something on it, I would have no problem and would have left 5 stars but I am a little disappointed that this happened. I am not a picky guy but c’mon this is common sense. I don’t complain about my own hair cuts if a barber messes up but this is not cool guys.
