We weren’t planning on having our puppy trained, but a cashier asked us if we had considered it. As we were checking out, Dotty, the trainer, was just coming in to work. She explained what training would entail and we decided to give it a try. Dotty is an expert trainer for both dogs and their owners! She is pragmatic, funny, caring, patient and calm.
