It was the most disappointing and heartbreaking experience. I was excited to get help training my new puppy. Although the trainer has the best intentions, she made it clear from the beginning that that she couldn’t handle my puppy. Turns out my pup was only difficult at the training sessions. She would bark repeatedly and not settle down enough to learn anything. We found that the problem is the setting. The training takes place in a tiny space by the front door. It’s not private so every time the door opens and a crowd enters my dog would feel anxiety and bark. Away from training she was 80% better. She only attended 2 sessions and it was enough. I always left feeling hopeless and defeated.

The store seems clean and well-stocked, but they are terribly understaffed. I visited on a Tuesday at 7 pm. There was one cashier with a line of 15 people. This is a recurring problem. I ordered another toy online to pick up “curbside” but there is no “curbside” designation in the parking lot and nothing in the store to indicate where to pick up the toy. There was no one to ask but the cashier. One employee, who looked like a stocker, was sitting on the floor making a personal call on his phone. This place seems poorly manages. No manager was present.

Horribly unprofessional, unsanitary, rude. BEWARE!!!! And stay away from their grooming, as well!!! Had to DRIVE BACK TO HOLD AND SHAVE MY OWN 150 LB RESCUE MYSELF!!!
