Walked in around 8:40 tonight . Three employees were standing at the register socializing and said “Hello”. I started looking around at all of the aquarium supplies. When I finished picking out all the items that I wanted, I walked up to the register, which had the light on and placed my items on the counter, but no one was there. So I waited. It was really quiet and it didn’t seem like anyone was in the store. Then I heard some clinking noises back behind the fish tanks. I started calling out, “Hello?” After some time, Hank (on his name tag) walked up and said, “We’re closed”. I said, “OK I’m ready to check out”. Hank said, “You’ll have to come back tomorrow. Everything’s Shut down” then he reached over and turned off the light at the register. I told him I’ve been in the store for at least 30 to 40 minutes shopping and he said, “I asked my Employee if anyone was in the store and they told me “no” so I shut everything down. You’ll have to come back tomorrow.” I’m so glad that I didn’t wander off and start looking at all the cute animals or who knows he probably would’ve locked me in the store. He said he was the manager. He was just absolutely oblivious and unapologetic. They should make announcements and let you know. Hey, we’re closing up. Bring your purchases to the counter. They didn’t do any of that. When I left, I could see that there was a woman in the driver seat of a car parked right up front. That was probably his ride. He was just in such a hurry to get out of there that he didn’t care about anything else. I’m going to spend my money with a company that cares, like “Natural Environment Aquatix” or “Floating Sea Aquatics”.

i adopted two kittens from here through the humane society and one of them was two weeks younger than they said and also had fluid around his lungs. he hardly lived a day after we got him. plus they had nothing in stock for cats, 95% of the store is dog supplies. find an actual shelter or just shop online
