DO NOT COME HERE. THEY EMPLOY INDIVIDUALS THAT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GROOM DOGS AND LIE ABOUT CUTTING THEM MID GROOM. ALSO CUTTING OFF MY DOGS MULLET STYLE ON HIS NECK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I had to take my dog to the vet for them to confirm the groomer lied about not cutting my dog with the grooming shears. They cut my dog 3 times and made him bleed. THEY ALSO BUTCHERED MY DOGS COAT ENTIRELY AS WELL AS CUT OFF HIS MULLET ENTIRELY WITHOUT PERMISSION WITH NO APOLOGY FROM THE GROOMER (ELLIE) HERSELF OR ANY SYMPATHY FOR HER ACTIONS BLAMING MY DOG BUMPING HIMSELF. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BESIDE THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO AT LEAST PAID FOR THE VET AS WELL AS ANTIBIOTICS AND ANTI-INFLAMMATORY MEDS FOR MY DOG. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF YOUR PETS.
