Ridiculous Service! Online allows you to make an appointment but it seems to always get canceled or you’ll be called to reschedule. I do not accept the fact that no one has ever laid eyes on my dog but continues to tell me that my Goldendoodle is a large dog. I was told that all of them are a large breed. I see several and they are not all the same sizes. 3 times attempting to set an appointment there.

Bought a pet water fountain with filters, when I opened the fountain at home I discovered a large crack in the bottom, I went to exchange it for the same type (that part went okay), but less than a week after I went to change the filter and the box was empty. So it seems defective/missing products are common here.
