“I went there to purchase a beta and two guppies. They had very few betas to choose from and not anyone I was interested in. The sales girl proceeded to inform me that betas are aggressive (duh) and would hurt the guppies. Given my age and experience with fish etc I looked at her like she had 4 heads. I had no intention of putting them together. I was asked how big my tank is for the guppies (20 gallon) and no fish. I don’t need to be grilled just to make a purchase and I don’t care that she was ‘doing her job’. It doesn’t cost anything to be tactful and show some respect.”
