Never brining her to grooming again. Came in they acknowledged me. Knew who I was checking in but also proceeded to help 2 other customers who came in after me. They told me it would take 2-3 hrs for my dog to get a bath and brush. Stated if it would take longer they would notify me. Didn’t get called. I had to show up and she was already done. They didn’t even bother to brush her correctly and stated it was the kennels fault. Like excuse me these are whole tussles that where clearly not brushed out properly. Never booking with Biance again. Honestly will not be coming back to pet smart .
