Always bring my doggo with me, the staff are super nice to him. They are conscious of him and his space. They don’t move to fast when they wring up his giant bag of food. I leave it in the cart so they walk to it and pick it up. And they let him “window shop” at the cat cages. He stays a few feet away but he loves to watch the cats. My experiences at the Nellis Pet Smart have ALWAYS been positive, even when it’s busy! My doggo is very dog friendly, and people too except he gets a little nervous when they touch his bag of food. All of the staff have been great!

Took my puppy in for a hair cut and she looks terrible..put a stop payment on Tuesday after i picked her up…the manager still hasn’t called and don’t think she will..what kind of service is that..was a customer for 5 years..will never go back again..thank u manager…the girl at the counter was very nice…I would check your dog befor u leave…
