Had a bad experience there this Friday i took my dog to be boarded and they refused to take him in because they said he was to aggressive for them I thought that they loved animals no matter what they lie to everybody they don’t care about our pets they only want your money and they don’t want to deal with your pets at all so I don’t think I will be shopping for my pets there any more so sad what pet smart does to us.
