“I brought my dog to have her nail clipped and after I had a question for the young man at the desk then another other groomer decided to butt in the conformation when I wasn’t talking to her and didn’t even say excuse me nor was I rude to the young man. I told her I was talking with the young man not her then she said don’t speak to her but she ca. Keep trying to talk with me which I wasn’t having. If this is the service I get from this store need not ever go back. Also this is the same woman that groomed my dog before which I had to bring my dog back three times after my wife looked at her dog.”

“I called in to see if they have specific birds in stuck, and this Mexican bi.. hung up on me. The employees dont care about any animals they are very rude unprofessional who’s only there for the paycheck. I actually witness them putting hot water in a fish tanks and I told them that they are putting the water that is too hot they basically ignore me and that’s it ignorant disrespectful place on Nellis Boulevard I wonder why fish are dying.”
