Petsmart used to be my go to for my pets overnight stays- no more. On the evening of 4/23, as I attempted to drop off the dogs for boarding the young man working the check-in was less than helpful, when he checked my dogs vet records for a particular shot and could not find it. He offered ZERO solutions and simply said no! As the other 4 Petsmart works stood around- no one assisted. My initial response was asking if there was a number we could call to get clarification about the shots but honestly, if customer service is that void of service, why would I want to leave my pets in their care! I have an early morning and nowhere to leave my dogs – thanks
