She was incredibly rude, her training tactics seemed mean for puppies under 16 weeks (really any age). The room was ridiculously small for the number of curious puppies. She used no dividers that are common practice at other training facilities. If I could give negative stars I would. My puppy would become anxious around Erin (she was never anxious around anyone). We switched to training at Nevins Farm, which has been a wonderful experience with multiple trainers in a class, plenty of space, resources & the ability to reach out to ask questions between sessions.
