I took my dog to be groomed. The staff was gossiping and cussing about the manager. Then the lady takes my dog and comes out saying he peed everywhere. I offered to clean it up, but the girl was huffing and puffing like she was upset. When I looked, she hadn’t done anything to the dog’s nails, and she told me it was because he wouldn’t sit still. I did get a refund, but I’ll never go back.

Beware if you take your dog there for grooming. I have a small rescue dog that I have had almost a year, the dog is still very skittish around people besides my wife and I. Whenever the dog gets scared it will scream like you are beating him this is something I have been working on with him for a year and he has gotten way better. Unfortunately every time I take him to be groomed they tell me I need somebody more experienced to groom him and they treat me like I have done something wrong to make the dog feel that way. That will be the last time I take him to petsmart, if there employees are incompetent and can’t do there jobs right I will go elsewhere.

The service has gone down recently with the change in staffing. I wish the old staff had remained. Staff on personal calls, ignoring customers and not as friendly as the staff in the past. I would love to return if the service improved.
