The store is pretty clean. I have subscribed to their Banfield Pet Hospital program for dogs. It’s saved me quite a lot with vaccinations, regular check ups and for a few cases where my Golden Doodle has gotten sick. The groomers are very kind to the dogs and have great customer service.
I use the Pets hotel and Doggy Day Camp every now and then when my pup needs some time to play or when I am out of town. So far no issues and my pup is always happy to see the staff. He also comes home tired from all the play and goes right to bed.
