This would have been a 5 due to Ariana amazing haircut with my rescue, unfortunately, when thenwere done they left me a voice message which I didn’t receive, I then call THREE hours after the message and they said he has been done for over 3 hours, my dog is clostorfobic, he was abused and keft in crates for days on end, this is partially my fault for not calling after a col hrs, however maybe you guys can implement a 1 call every hour that our dog is still in your possession, it will help us both, your not a doggy day care , and we need more than a voicemail every 3 hrs, I will continue to take my pooch there cause his groomer is amazing and this time I will call every hr
