took my poodles to PetSmart yesterday for a grooming appointment, and I’m extremely disappointed with the results. Instead of the poodle cut I requested, all of their hair was shaved off. They look nothing like poodles now — more like greyhounds. This is not at all what I asked for. The second photo I’m posting shows exactly how their cut was supposed to look. I’m very unhappy with this experience.

Got my yorkie poo groomed here for first time…not very happy with her grooming…1 her facial hair was ragged…2 while petting my dog after I noticed she was nicked under her arm which left a scab and 3 they didn’t even give her a bow or bandana. I guess I should call and see who the more seasoned groomers are because what I received was sub par work. Not a happy customer and I forgot she still had hard stuff in corners of her eyes that should have been cleaned up in the washing of her. Also her privates weren’t cut down enough. Hope Ihave a better experience and a better groomer next time.

I’ve only purchased dog food for my puppy there. The store on Merritt Blvd. Once I purchased 2 bags of food that my puppy didn’t like. They gave me a full refund. I used the refund to buy more food. The Mgr was very kind and decent. Stores now a days don’t like giving refunds. It’s the economy I suppose.
