If I could have rated zero stars, I would have. My experience with Largo PETSMART grooming was horrible.
In the comment section, I wrote that Sincere hated baths.
After dropping Sincere off three hours later, I was told that they could not get him out of the kennel and would not complete the service. The strange thing was that when we got there, another young lady went in the back and walked Sincere out on a leash with no problems. It is my opinion that the young lady was inexperienced; she was very disrespectful, and she did not know how to work with fidgety dogs.
I have been taking Sincere to Petsmart grooming since he was six months, and I’ve never had a problem.
