I enrolled my 5 month old Chihuahua in their beginner training classes. Lauren was amazing! She was very sweet and helpful when it came to training my puppy! With the help of Lauren and working with her at home on the things we learned, she is doing amazing and listening. She’s learned many basic commands and loose leash walking. This has been such a game changer at home, I’m so grateful for these classes!

My 14 yr old maltipoo has been in for grooms at this location on and off for many years. On her last appointment she was booked with what I later found out was an inexperienced groomer – Erin who did not blow her dry, did not give her an even cut, did not cut all of her nails, or cut her genital area. When I complained I was offered a refund and another appointment to correct her groom. So I brought her back only to have the most noticeable parts of her uneven coat corrected and still had to request several other areas corrected. Needless to say this groom was never on the level of the grooms that I have had over the years. The attitude I received in attempting to get a satisfactory groom at this location was horrendous. I will never use this grooming service or this Petsmart again. I spend a lot of money on prescription dog food with this company and will no longer do this as well. I choose to spend my dollars where they are appreciated and this company clearly doesn’t appreciate it.
