So, my puppy had a 3:30 appointment, which they give a 15 minute grace period. I’m sitting in the parking lot at 3:43, called and asked if we needed to reschedule, and of course they said yes. This is so petty and ridiculous by 2 minutes!! Don’t believe the 15 minute grace period!!
