Our trainer was late for the first class. She did not show up for the second and fourth classes. Each time she didn’t show, a store employee had to come to the training area to notify us. Both times, we waited about 30 minutes before they told us they could not reach the trainer. The store manager was apologetic and very understanding. She gave us full refunds and could not have been nicer about it. I will go elsewhere for dog training classes. This issue was with the trainer, not the store or the store manager.

During the spring and summer there dog trainer they had she was good. I know she was on vacation for 2 weeks in June as I read a comment that she didn’t show up she was on vacation in June for 2 weeks. She was a kind young lady.

Very poor customer service. I will never be going to this store again. My friend ordered his fish and the girl got them for him and then just disappeared into the back room. We waited for a minimum of 15 minutes and nobody came out. I hollerd into the back room twice. No answer. My buddy went to the front desk and they paged the person twice. No show. Needless to say I was pretty ticked and I will not recommend this place to anyone.
