Very disorganized, didn’t set or use the time that was listed when I first scheduled. In one of the trainings I went to, the trainer choked my dog due to the reactivity and my dog hurt her throat, the trainer continued with this method even though it was hurting my dog even when she had a harness, she used the collar. Would not recommend and didn’t learn or gain anything.”

When they call and tell you they can’t groom him because of this and you need to come get him… Time to find a groomer who actually grooms at their appointment time and doesn’t make your dog an anxious mess.”
