First time here and was not impressed at all!!! Brought my 5 month old boxer here and it was a horrible experience they made me wait out side the room and watch threw the glass witch was fine untill I hear my dog yelping and nip at them …. now my dog is a trained& registered E.S.A. dog she would never nip at anyone unless they were hurting her but even that is highly unlikely but she is trained to pick up on people’s energy and emotions so it must have been something bad she since ! Needless to say I won’t be bk!!

Unfortunately I give a 1 star to this location. Lack of communication, & Customer Service plays a part in my ratings. Jen ( One of the Groomers) Has Zero tact in Customer Service representation for your company! We had an appointment scheduled at 9 am, & had asked since we are moving across the States to bring our dog in at an earlier time due to many other things going on… somehow our appointment was canceled…then given a new time at 2:30 then switched to a 1:30pm, & what we booked him for was not given. Then when I called to complain at the cost of a simple bath, & brush I was asked if I wanted to bring him in again to get the services rendered, or if I wanted a refund. Naturally I asked for the refund due to lack of time. When my spouse went to the location she asked my spouse if he was the one that wanted the grooming for free.

Brought my dog Max to the Grooming Center and let me tell you, Chelsey did the most amazing grooming job on my dog as he was in desperate need of a good grooming! Highly recommended!
