It’s retail. Everywhere is having issues with supplies, stocking, staffing.
Despite that, this Petsmart is my go to. I have picky bunnies and this location always has the standard red bag Oxbow Adult Rabbit Food in stock.

It’s silly to complain about shopping the time as everyone else. Shannon was incredibly helpful and friendly. Shannon took the time to make sure I was getting the most out of my rewards!
No one answers the phone. Ever. Retail is dieing, and they are doing to themselves with poor service.
I’ve made 4 attempts to call this location since last week. Today was the first time someone answered the phone. I asked to speak to someone in the grooming salon. I was transferred twice, because they failed to pick up. The second time, someone just disconnected.
