Went on a Monday afternoon on 9/15/2025 to look at small pets for my kids before I buy one I was tapping on the glass of the hamsters to see if they would come out n a racist white lady with short brown hair that’s been watching me and my kids the whole time decided to ruin our experience with her rude attitude she said “DONT DO THAT THEY’RE NOCTURNAL” like I’m supposed to know that. Your tone of voice is important in customer service which she obviously didn’t know or care. I will not be buying from this company with their employees acting like that. Thanks for helping me dodge a bullet!!

I went into this establishment to get diapers for my small dog. There was no one on the floor to help me. I went to the Banfield part of the establishment that I did not know was not offering grooming there’s a different section for this. Clara works at the Banfield part of the establishment she was very rude on the phone did not acknowledge me nor any of the others in line. Once I came to the counter, she then in a very high pitch voice told me that they don’t do grooming here at Petsmart. I spent over 15 to 20 minutes in line waiting for Clara to get off the phone for her to tell me that I was waiting in the wrong spot. Very unprofessional not only was she disrespectful, but her other coworkers notice Clara behavior towards me ask the customer I spent almost $60 in there today lost customer.
