So I live 2 hours away from this petsmart. It’s the closest one to me so I call and ask. If they have a long-haired hamster, they tell me. Can’t check for you sorry. We only have 2 people, but if you work there. Shouldn’t you know what you have? So now I have to drive 2 hours and then possibly have it. I think that’s very unprofessional and very rude, so if your far distance, don’t call them and ask them s*** because guess what? You aint gonna get no help.
