I was able to drop my puppy off and do a little shopping in the area while waiting. Scott even gave me a courtesy call 10 minutes before my baby was ready. The staff are always polite and very helpful. The cashiers are all very sweet and let me know when I have reward point available to use. I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now and I can’t see myself going anywhere else. The Hiltop petsmart is hands down the best location. I am forever grateful for this location.
