The training is extremely horrible due to the facts that PetSmart is only interested in making a profit and also they don’t care about the dog or training the owners. I will tell you why they put ten dogs in one session and the trainer speaks vey softly so you can’t hear her. I have complained to the trainer personally about this including management and they don’t do anything about it because they don’t care. The dogs don’t learn anything. Plus they’re overpriced.
