I knew I should’ve took my dog to Petsmart in Waldorf Maryland. I live here in Chester Virginia took my dog to this Petsmart here in Chester Virginia and my dog has been getting groomed since he’s been a young pup. He’s still a pup. He’s only eight months old I’ve been taking him to Petsmart, every since he was four months old, I don’t understand why he cannot get his haircut because they said One of his ears was slightly matted and they cannot give him a hair cut him they didn’t even offer other services. I understand about the ear being slightly matted . I feel like this is so bias.!!!!!!!
