Where do I start. Being a first time pet owner, this was my first grooming experience. I ended up walking out with my puppy not being touched because Julia Marra was clearly having a rough day. From the moment she walked in she was not in a good mood. Angela was amazing as well as the other girls so petsmart did great by hiring them. Julia on the other hand, needs proper training when it comes to customer service and how to talk and treat people. Maybe Angela who has only been there for three months (according to Julia) should train her since she clearly has learned nothing being there for eight years.
