Beginner dog training with Jessica was well structured, well run, safe, and fun. Our dog learned sit, focus, wait, walking on leash without pulling, come, down, and more. She was SO excited to be there every week. I appreciate that the classes began and ended on time and that Jessica was calm and patient with all the dogs (and owners). Looking forward to taking other series.

Manager here was very rude & unhelpful. Did not follow B.L.A.S.T for our issue. We simply left a bag at checkout yesterday. She said “there was no way anything got left behind because they just did inventory”, gave us the dirtiest look, practically snarled at u eyes popping out of her head. She just walked away & held her finger up after I said “well, we didn’t leave with it & we paid for it.. soo..?” She asked for the timestamp on my receipt (I’m assuming to go check their cameras) but we have to be back at work, so we just spent the $25 again to get out of there. It could have easily been given away with the next purchase behind us because it was busy at that time we were in. We come here basically every day & we have never received such unfriendly, rude, non understand customer service. We also both have extensive history with management.. what ever they have going on in this store with management needs to be niped in the behind before it goes down the tubes like all the other shops in this area

The guy that works in grooming has an attitude like a pre-teen girl. Hire better people. It is messed up that stores like Petsmart take over the market and all the quality private owned pet stores close down and you have to deal with terrible customer service. GM at this location you should make sure you hire competent people and not immature little kids
