Horrible Grooming Experience – This was our first time using Pet Smart grooming. It will be the last as well. Our poor Gracie looked butchered and smelled awful as if she had been rolling in dirt.
Her “finished” look was rough and jagged looking, not polished and smooth. I was shocked when I saw her but refused to let them “fix” the issues. This was a waste of $83.00. Obviously we can not recommend Pet Smart Grooming. We can not wait for her coat to grow out so she looks presentable again.

the experience was horrible the in charge Amanda of cutting the hair of my dog I charged 40 extra dollars so that in the end I left him without any hair , without mustache , without eyelashes he knows nothing about the care towards pets they have eyelashes like hanos for a reason and look different from their regular hair I do not recommend at all going to this place or at least not with Amanda Pay 140 dollars so that the person attending you has no idea how to do grooming.
