Absolute garbage. Make you jumps threw hoops just to get appointment. Then when you get there they say they can’t wash and clip names because they have to wait 48 hours since dogs last vaccine. Vet office was ok with doing the it day of, but declined since I already had appointment. Complete waste of time dealing with them.
