Always impeccable care and service for my pups! Generous with their time in caring for the special needs for my old girl that has difficulty standing. Love them! I always recommend the service at the Krocks road location!
– Customer
Specifically told the grooming consultant over the phone my dog gets anxious about getting his nails clipped especially around other animals. He was muzzled and she suggested removal I said it wasn’t a great idea because he can get anxious and suggested leaving it on until he gets on the table and has their cone put on. They took it off and tried to put a slip leash on, the (I’m assuming) new “bather” not a groomer leaned over him and shoved the leash onto him, he snapped at her. After she turned around and said “no no no not doing that.” We obviously left because he “bit her.” That was understandable. What wasn’t was being rude over the phone after banning him and labeling him aggressive. They don’t know him at home. She was passive aggressive and suggested I was lying about him being aggressive which he isn’t.
