Our trainer at this location was very nice and caring, however we were disappointed that the curriculum for the class was not fully completed.
We missed a class and had already scheduled to make it up, however the trainer spent majority of that hour making conversation and left the class in a rush to take a call… we did not make up for our previous session.
We also still had one other class before completing our package, but because the other family couldn’t attend, it was decided that we would finish the sessions, cover all the materials (which we didn’t) and graduate on that same day.
I called PetSmart after the fact to explain my concern that we weren’t taught everything that was promised in the curriculum and they agreed to do another sessions for us. Unfortunately, our trainer had to cancel and reschedule twice and I kept calling to make sure we got our session in. At one point our trainer called out sick and I was told she would call back to reschedule, but that call never came.
After that I gave up. I was very disappointed that we only got 4 out of 6 sessions and missed about 1/3 of the curriculum. Certainly, not worth the investment.
