We ran across Maggi a couple weeks after adopting our little Daisy May. We purchased 6 sessions for our little 5 month, energetic puppy. Having just turned one, we have continued to see Maggi individually and attend group classes. Maggi’s ability to explain things clearly, identify the need of each dog and handler all while having fun is what sold us on her. I have heard Maggi say many times she loves seeing the confidence go down the leash and to the dog. I attended several classes with Maggie at PNW Nice K9- the classes are very interactive and fun, keeping the dogs engaged and learning the whole time, she gave me a lot of tools to help my dog reactive dog. She is great and very hands on.
My dog and i worked thru triggers, earned his CGC and were able to attend a show with hundreds of dogs and kept calm the entire weekend. Highly recommend Maggie!!
Thank goodness for Maggi! We have a 2 year old Golden who is very sweet, smart, clever, extremely strong and a white tornado. Cloud bolts without warning, especially when he sees another dog – he thinks every dog in the world is his best friend. When he bolts we just have to let go. We have tried so hard to break him of this habit as we end up on the ground.
Well, we found magic Maggi. She is professional, knowledgeable, really cares about your dog. Her calm but firm training from day one has made a huge difference. Of course, her positive training methods include training us, we just don’t get as many treats as Cloud!
After the first lesson Cloud would get excited whenever we mentioned Maggi’s name. We have had 3 lessons with Maggi and we both know she is the answer. We both highly recommend Maggi – we finally found the right person to help us.
