When I spoke with Angela about their training, I could feel her experience and compassion by the questions she asked of me. She took the time to discuss our situation in order to understand what might work best for us.
Blake came to our house for a 2-hour home training. Within a few minutes he had our 1year old Great Pyrenees mix under control. We were amazed over the difference our dog could be with the proper training. Blake was able to teach us ways to correct the overreacting and lease pulling from our 80+pound pup. We learned so much from Blake and we can see a light at the end of the tunnel for all of us. We are very satisfied with their training and we highly recommend Polite Pooch!

I can’t say enough good things about them! We have two dogs with very different needs. One is training to be a therapy dog, the other is an older dog that struggles with anxiety. We’ve used Polite Pooch for our puppy that is training for her therapy dog test in May. They were so great with both our pups during boarding on our vacation, and our older dog felt comfortable very quickly with them. Our kiddo recently started the My Dog and Me classes, and he is learning general safety for being around dogs, how to walk a dog on a leash, and tips for children training their dogs and getting them to listen. We’re at a point where we can be on the go with all of them in tow, and they’re all doing a much better job listening, kiddo included. I highly recommend Polite Pooch!

We left our well trained Belgian Malinois with Angela and Blake for 8 days while we were on a vacation. They not only took great care of him, they also continued his daily training that that breed of dog needs constantly. He came home excited to see us of course, but I could tell his manners weren’t thrown out the window while we were away. For that we are very appreciative!
