She took the time to show me several techniques before and while we walked. She even took my dog and walked her for a bit to show me how to do it (all for free!). She let me borrow a training leash until I could get one of my own. She never gets frustrated with the dogs or the owners. You can tell she really cares about dogs and their training. I would highly recommend her!”
