Precision Dog Training Academy offers a variety of programs tailored to different needs and skill levels.

Board and Train programs are intensive experiences where dogs live at the facility for a predetermined period. The Foundation Program (2 Weeks) covers basic obedience like recall, heel, sit with implied stay, doorway management, leave it, place, and preventative behavior. The Intermediate Board & Train Program (3 Weeks) includes all Foundation skills plus behavior modification for issues like kennel aversion, dog/human reactivity, excessive barking, jumping, separation anxiety, marking, chasing, and barrier reactivity. The Advanced Training Program (4 Weeks) builds on previous skills with elevated obedience, off-leash heeling, advanced recall, extended sit/down with distractions, advanced place, and send to kennel. All Board and Train programs include group socialization, doggie spa treatment, premier boarding, and a transitional go-home session. Intermediate and Advanced programs also include follow-up sessions and training field trips, with the Advanced program offering unlimited group training classes for one month.

Private Training offers one-on-one sessions at their facility, allowing owners to choose specific areas of focus. Programs include 5-session and 9-session packages for basic to intermediate obedience and desired behaviors like loose leash walking, recall, sit/down stay, leave it, and addressing issues like separation anxiety, reactivity, jumping, barking, potty training, and more. Specialized private programs include the Behavior Modification Private Training Program (10 sessions) for challenging behavioral issues like reactivity and separation anxiety (for non-aggressive cases), and the Controlled Aggression Private Training Program (13 sessions) for dogs with a history of biting or dog fights. These programs utilize phased training systems including counter-conditioning, desensitization, differential reinforcement, negative reinforcement, and transitional behavior management.

Group Training classes provide a social learning environment. Puppy 101 (8 classes) focuses on optimal developmental socialization, preventative behaviors, and introductions to recall, place, sit/down stay, loose leash walking, and potty training, leading to AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Certification. Puppy 201 (8 classes) builds on Puppy 101, enhancing skills for the AKC Canine Good Citizen Exam, covering friendly stranger greetings, grooming, intermediate leash walking, extended sit/stay, and reactions to other dogs. The Adult – Intermediate Group Class (open enrollment) reinforces the precision dog training system with extended recall, leash heeling, halt behavior, extended sit/down, place, off-leash control, send to kennel, and doorway management. Agility Level 1 Class (8 classes) teaches dogs 6 months and older to navigate obstacles like jumps, A-frames, and weave poles. Trick Dog Training Class (6 classes) helps dogs earn the AKC Novice Trick Dog Title, boosting confidence and strengthening the bond.
