Premier Pack offers intensive board and train programs, typically lasting around 3 weeks, where dogs stay with the trainer to address various behavioral issues and learn obedience. After the board and train, a follow-up visit is included and recommended three to six weeks after the dog returns home. Additionally, phone, text, Zoom, and email support is provided for one year after the dog’s return.
They also offer specific consultations for puppy training and potty training, as well as a “Walk Your Dog Right Program” focused on improving leash manners and confidence during walks.
Pricing & Policies
Pricing Summary
Financing is available through a third-party loan service. All payments are non-refundable. Specific payment totals, deposits, and balances are determined per program.
Policies
All payments are non-refundable. If an owner demands their dog returned ahead of time, this will alter expectations and void future support. If an owner denies repossession of the dog, it is to the discretion of the trainer to decide future arrangements for the dog, including surrendering it to a shelter. Continued boarding may be offered at $150 a day if the owner cannot be available at the arranged date for repossession. The trainer has discretion to cease boarding a dog that has excessive problems going to the bathroom in the house; in such a case, a potty training consult would be available at no charge, and alternative accommodations such as in-home training would be an option to continue the training.
Testimonials
“My words can never be enough to express my gratitude for Eric Devine at Premier Pack Dog Training. Me, my son, and my dog Dierks are so thankful we found him. I was so overwhelmed with my frenchies behavior, he was very reactive and aggressive to everything on his walks, in our home, in the car, he was marking my house. When Eric came to evaluate him I had trouble even explaining fully his behavior because it was overwhelming! My dog spent 3 weeks with Eric, I would get videos and updates on his progress. He seemed to be doing so well, still I worried when my dog got home he would be the same. On a Sunday Eric brought my dog home for his return and my training on how to continue this journey with my dog, and I am beyond happy for what it has done for my dog and us. My dog has stopped marking my house, he walks all over the neighborhood with me with no reaction or aggression, he is calm and relaxed in our home, I took him for a small car ride and he just sat calmly in my backseat, he comes when I call him, he responds to my commands, and so much more! He is finally enjoying the life he deserves, and so are me and my son. Thank you Eric for all you have done for my dog and our family!!!!”

“Eric’s board and train program was a great investment for our dogs. We rescued a pit bull as a stray. We turned him over to a local rescue and no one came forward to claim him. We wanted to adopt him but after having a “failed” foster attempt at home (the rescue and our family dog were unable to get along), we had to explore the option of hiring a trainer. After consulting with a few trainers, we decided to work with Eric. He gave us weekly updates which was great! The three weeks went by quickly and at the end, Eric returned our dogs to us and spent a few hours going over how to proceed with reintegrating the dogs into our home and continuing the training ourselves. The dogs are doing great and their behavior has drastically improved. Before training, these two together (and sometimes even apart) were chaos and very stressful on us, after training it’s as quiet as can be and so pleasant in our home! We are so happy with the progress that was made and couldn’t have done this without Eric’s help!”

“We sent our 6 month old chocolate lab to Eric with premier pack dog training. Stanley was a wild puppy who needed help with manners and commands, but he also struggled with resource aggression at random even bit his dog dad. This was horrible news as he grew (vets predict he will be over 120 lbs) since he was such a fun loving dog that could flip a switch and be very mean. He was going to be too big for me to handle that sort of aggressive reactivity. There was little to no trust with Stanley being around people. After being with Eric for three short weeks we have Stanley back home with us filled with only the good parts of my sweet puppy. He is still happy and friendly but eager to please and show off his new training. Stanley has grown confident and happy in knowing exactly what we want. This has already given Stanley so much freedom like running through our NOT fenced in yard with the trust that he will respond well to commands. When we feed Stanley he looks to us for permission to eat and will listen if we ask him to move away same with bones, toys, or any object he may find. Stanley is now the easiest dog to walk on a leash without any reactivity “eyes to thigh” right next to us. Stanley now can lay in place as pictured below when needed and he will not move until told so which is great for people at the door, eating dinner, or when I am taking meetings working from home. When Eric dropped Stanley off he had him lay in place while we talked for over an hour and I could not believe my crazy puppy stayed laying down the entire time. Stanley has been given a second chance to grow in our home since we are now able to trust him and he knows that he can trust us with the tools Eric has provided. I have seen videos of highly trained dogs that listen so well and I never thought that I would be an owner of one, yet here we are! We cannot thank Eric and premier pack dog training enough for giving us back our puppy that we can love dearly and show off. Finding a trainer/behavioralist for Stanley was a huge decision and there is not a morsel of regret now that Stanley gets to live a happy free life!”

About the Trainer
Premier Pack Dog Training and Behavior Solutions is a dog training business led by Eric Devine, focusing on enhancing the lives of dog owners by providing them with well-behaved dogs they can enjoy. Their philosophy centers on the symbiotic relationship between dogs and owners, believing that by prioritizing the needs of the human caretaker, the dog ultimately benefits.
They address common behavioral issues that cause frustration and stress for owners, such as leash pulling, lack of recall, reactivity, aggression, house soiling, and destructive behaviors. The goal is to help dogs understand rules and boundaries, which in turn opens up their world and allows owners to provide them with a more fulfilling life. Premier Pack aims to transform challenging dog behaviors into a source of pride and enjoyment for families.
