PDTC offers Agility training classes ranging from Beginners to Masters, held in a private indoor arena. The Agility program includes seven levels: Intro to Agility/Puppy Foundation, Beginner I, Beginner II, Novice, Open/Excellent, and Masters. They also provide Specialty Classes focusing on specific skills, as well as seminars and workshops. Private and semi-private agility classes can be arranged.
Obedience training classes are available for puppies through competitive Obedience and Rally, with flexible scheduling throughout the week. These classes include AKC S.T.A.R. puppy class, advanced companion dog classes, and competition Obedience and Rally classes.
K9 Nose Work is a scenting activity and sport suitable for all dogs and people, starting with a ‘box game’ and progressing to searching various environments using essential oils. Dogs work individually in group classes, making it suitable for fearful dogs.
Show Handling classes are designed to prepare dogs for conformation rings, covering examination by a judge, gaiting, stacking, ring procedure, and general dog show protocol. This class is open to all dogs over 3 months of age and is adjusted to fit all proficiency levels.
